Question How do I connect my digital antenna to my surround sound without Auto Outputs on my TV?

Hi All,

I am trying to connect a digital antenna to my Surround Sound for the upcoming Super Bowl. My problem is my TV (LG 49LJ5100) has no audio output so I cant run a HDMI cable to the receiver from the TV. My question is: How do split the signal picked up by the antenna and send the picture to the TV and the Sound to the receiver? Ant other alternatives? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
