How do I connect my Entone box to my TV and AV reciever to get surround sound?

TV is hooked up to Entone box and AV receiver..I am getting sound but only through one speaker..what am I doing wrong?

use the digital/optical out of your entone box and connect it with an optical cable to your av receiver´s optical in.

Eventually you need adapters from optical to coaxial digital port depending on the device models you wanna connect to each other

You have the Entone box connected to the TV and the TV audio output connected to the AVR?
Do you get sound on both channels of the TV speakers? If you do the Entone box is OK. If not then the box is bad. Try rebooting it.
Do you get sound on both channels of the AVR with the radio or any other source connected directly to the AVR? If not then the receiver, the speaker wire, or the speaker may be bad. If you do then it's not the AVR.
