How do I connect my Sony Xperia zl2 to my TV with a wire as I don't have WiFi

I want to watch my mobile phone on my TV using a wire my TV is a 60inch smart 4k and phone is Sony xperia zl2 but I'm not allowed WiFi in my building is there a wire i can buy to do this so don't use my phone data
