how do i connect older tv with new dvd

I have a older television that I'm trying to connect to a new DVD player the jacks are no longer yellow red white they are now blue green red how would i connect something like this

Unless your new DVD don't also have a SCART connection, you will need an active Component-to-Composite converter:
