How do I connect R/W speakers with XBone?

I have Speakers that connect with Red and White cables, and I have XBone connecting with HDMI to TV. How do I get my speakers to play the sound? When I used my X360 I just had the R/W connect to the speakers and Y to the TV. XBone only has HDMI option.

You will need an HDMI audio extractor to connect the speakers to.
