how do I convert real player vid to anything else

Hi all,
I have a series of movies that seem to only work in real player :twisted: and i would like to burn them whats a good program to convert then so Nero or Cheeta can burn them?

well nero can "burn" them, what do you mean by that
are these full movies or clips
what's your goal, do you want to be able to watch them in a dvd player or you wonna just rip them to divx or something?
