How do I download my pics, files etc before I do a reset? Going from a LG Stylo to a HP PC?

My phone message says Android System Theres an internal problem with your device, and it may be unstable until you factory data reset.

You don't download. You would just need to connect the phone, via USB cord, to the computer. Then open the phones space on the computer as a folder. You can then move or copy all the files you wish from the phone to an empty folder on the computer to save them/back them up, before you do the reset.
