How do i fix my frozen samsung galazy tablet a 8.0

Start off by removing the battery then holding down the power button for ten seconds to drain what's known as the flea power.

Then try starting the device on mains electricity only and post back if that doesn't improve matters.

Should this work for a brand new samsung galaxy 8.0 think it's called or g-pad 8.0 that either wont charge at all...and or when u try first startup it freeze on the load circle thing...I'll check this thing or email me at removed by Moderator.
