A fixed white dot on any screen would be STUCK PIXEL. Download a "pixel exerciser" see if that helps. Otherwise, that's the end of that.

If this is random snow, you must explain yourself further.

White dots? Mitsubishi? Your DLP chip is defective. It will need to be replaced. Bring it in to a trained technician.
