Question how do i fix this issue ?

My lenovo 320s laptop started to turn off and on by its self and now it wont turn on no matter what i do

If it closed down because it was the nuisance of Microsoft updates (a.k.a. fixes) then it may to need to wait for some time if it doesn't come back quickly.
