Bro at first i was using 32mb Dedicated video mem. Then after installing drivers as my Graphic. from appropriate website then My Video mem changed to n/a. i dont know why? drivers i installed = Intel(R)Q45/Q43 Express Chipset. My pc specs= 2gb ram Intel core 2 duo 8th gen. win 7 32 bit. Pls help Meeeee

Does it really matter? There's what's being reported and what actually is there. You didn't lose anything.

Where did you download the drivers from? If it was from anywhere but your laptop manufacturer's site, that's likely the issue.
