How do I get METV on my 4KTv

I don't know how to get Metv on my new 4K tv

Assuming that it's not available to you on cable you might be able to stream it from here
http/www.metv.com/videos/
if your TV has a web browser built in. You could connect a computer or media box with it's own browser. They don't mention any kind of app or Roku channel so you would need a browser.
