How do i get mobile internet on my samsung galaxy y

I m not able to connect the internet in mobile.. its not showing the intent signal also..
i done all possible condition.. i m very supset about this. could anyone knows the details.

Do you have the GPRS/3G Settings? If not, get them by calling the Customer Care of your SIM Provider.
