Should go to settings menu. Then scroll down to Accounts. Click on Google. Then add ur gmail info. After thats added, a sync page will pull up next. Make sure there is a check mark by CONTACTS. Then hit continue button. Within a few minutes, your account will sync to your new phone and all your contacts will as well. Im not sure about Windows phones, but they cant be that much different.
