Solved! How do i get my tv to show video

I dont have a remote for my old toshiba box tv how can i get it to video without a remote and there is no imput. My dvd player is conected

If the TV has channel up and down try tuning the channel below channel 2. That sometimes works on older TVs.
If not then you will need a replacement original remote or a Logitech Harmony universal remote. You can check their website to make sure that they have the codes in their database for your model of Toshiba. Other universal remotes may not have all the functions of the original remote.
