How do i get pics and music from android phone i dont have with me?

I have a lg optimum, it isnt with me and cant get to it, also music and pics are on a htc desire smartphone,the phones arent with me. How do i retrieve pics and music and phone numbers and messages from these phones?

Are they sync to online account or they turn on? if not, no.
