How do I get rid of blue dots on my 32 inch Sony TV?

OK, so my tv has these big blue blobs on it. No matter which screen it's on, it stays there. Until you turn it off, then it's invisible. I NEED HELP!!

if the blobs are in the set up screen too. time to contact sony if it under warranty. could be the screen is bad or a back light issue.
