how do i get sharp tv to standby there warranty

Solution
They are not under any obligation to return your money under the warranty and nothing you or we can do will change that. They only need to keep repairing your tv.

Now your state or country may have a lemon laws covering that but it will require proof that a specific number of repairs have been done withing a certain timeframe with no resolution to the problem. Contact your state's attorney generals office if you find you meet the criteria.

popatim is correct. You might try contacting the seller of the TV and see if they will help you out. If they can get Sharp to take the set back from them then they can credit you and sell you a different set.
I would also try to get it touch with some of the higher ups at Sharp. The people you usually speak to have no authority outside of the usual procedures. Maybe you can get them to replace it with a different model. Taking Sharp and the seller to court if they are not in your state becomes complicated and expensive.
