how do i get stuff to go on my phone from sd card

I have an LG stylus 2 trying to get my stuff from my SD card to my phone like my phone numbers and my pictures

It depends on what stuff. To be honest, doing this directly on the phone can take a lot of effort and time. However, you can hook the phone up to a computer, via USB cord, then move all the stuff from the card to an empty folder on the computer. Once that is done, and the phone still connected via USB, copy all that info back over to the phone, rather than the card.
