How do I get to 'Device Manager'?

Where is the device manager? Have no clue what I am doing can you plz tell me one step by one step to help me out. I am not really good with computers and have no clue what I am doing.

Tabby if you can't find Device manager I would suggest you leave it well alone as you have just stated "you have no clue what you're doing"!!
