How do I get Windows to open up in Full Size page?

What do you mean by windows?? If you mean the desktop then it can be done by changing resolution.. If you are meaning any application window then it can be done by the following procedure -

1. Right click on the app shortcut.

2. Select properties.

3. Under the shortcut tab, look for run. Select maximized from the drop down menu.

4. Click ok and exit.
