How do I hook my sanyo model FW32DO6F TV to pioneer VSX-819H Multi channel receiver? I have tried everything.

TV has coaxial digital audio output.
Receiver has coaxial digital audio input.
Check the owners manuals on how to turn the output on in the TV. You may have to turn the TV speakers off too.
You may have to assign the coax connection to an input in the receiver set up menu.
