How do i install windows 7 on a dell c640 laptop

Hi! is ur current OS is Win Xp? if not you need atlist bootable disk OS windows xp first before you can install windows 7.. or if you are using torrent downloader you can try to look for the windows 7 OS crack version..hope this help.

yes it has win xp sp3 I have the win 7 disc, the problem is unpacking the files which it starts to do but stops with the missing file dialog box
