How do I know if my PC is infected with a keylogger?

Are there any tell-tale ways of telling of my PC has been infected with a keylogger?

I have NAV, Malwarebytes, and ADWcleaner, but some malware is so sophisticated it can evade these programs.

if you're really paranoid go into safe mode without networking add a fresh install of whatever anti-spyware run it see if anything pops up.
