Question How do I make a Thunderbolt Egpu dock

I wish to make a USB C thunderbolt egpu dock for my Toshiba Portege z20t so that I can play games and edit videos at my farm on the holidays. Does my laptop support thunderbold and how do I make a thunderbolt egpu enclosure?

You can't just make one, to make one from scratch will take several engineers with many years of experience and school.

Aside from that, I don't see that your laptop even has a thunderbolt port. Not all USB C ports are "thunderbolt".
