Pair Polk soundbar to iHip headphones to listen to LG TV. LG TV is not Bluetooth equipped

Both your soundbar and your headphones are output-only devices, they cannot be paired to each other.
You can get blue-tooth transmitter, compatible with your TV (optical or 3.5mm/RCA) to use with headphones.
