How do I reboot if my laptop won\'t start windows?

every time my windows is about to start this thing about install windows comes up on the screen

Do you have a disk in the computer? Or is it the first time setup wizard? If you have a disk in the drive just take it out, its the install disk for windows. I'll check back at 4:00 if you still need help.
