how do i recover deleted text and calls on android v5.0.2?

i cant figure out how to recover my deleted calls, txt, voicemails and pics🙁 please help!

You ask your girlfriend what was there. Once deleted, they are gone.
ANd there is no Andoid v5 (yet)
