how do I recover my Contacts from my Samsung account when the screen in my J7 is all black and doesn't work? BTW, I changed to

I had three Samsungs in the last three years and a half. My last one the screen went blank and I decided to switch to LG. I had backed up my contacts to my Samsung account which can be retrieve if I had another Samsung phone. I never backed it up to my Google account because I thought I could have access to all my data. So far, I have been wrong.
Any chance out there have an answer?

You should be able to access the Samsung account from a computer. Download the data to the computer and then transfer to your new phone.
