How do I remove privacy protection password from my ccit mix pro

I bought the ccit mix pro just five days ago. I was traveling on Sunday morning so I removed the battery and took out my sim, after I came in the evening and want to use the phone I found enter privacy password which I have no idea of. I only had a pattern on my ccit mix pro but now it's demanding privacy protection password so please help me out.
