privacy password protection issue

i have reset my android phone, so what happened is I removed my sim cards n sd card ... so wen I reset my phone , I rebooted ...after rebooting I got a message on my phone saying please enter your privacy password protection..i have never put any passwords for my phone.. after that I tried to connect my phone to the pc via usb cable but my phone cant be recognised by the pc, I tried updating my drivers on pc but still nothing happened, uninstalling them also never worked. But my phone is only charging....soo how to get out of this privacy protection password.
my phone is Karbonn Aura Power 4g , android version lollipop 5.1,
