how do I restore Chrome settings from my old laptop to my new laptop?

I have imported my bookmarks from my old laptop to my new laptop, but the passwords and settings did not transfer over. Which means I have to find my passwords for certain sites and I don't know where they all are . Is there a way to transfer these passwords to my bookmarked pages from my old laptop to my new laptop?
