How do I restore Toshiba M200 laptop to original settings?

Hi everyone,
I just got two Toshiba M200s from a relative, and I want to restore them to factory settings. I tried a Windows XP usb boot disk, but no dice. I would use a CD or DVD, but it has no optical drive. So is it possible? Thanks.

Possibly the original Factory Reset partition still exists? Look in the user manual for how to invoke that.
