how do i retrieve saved voicemail after changing my number

I changed my phone number, which I have done before, and the voicemail prompt me to set up voicemail againg...so all my important messaged went away when old number did. I desperatly need that old voicemail that I saved to my old number...which has been giving to someone else now

You can call your service provider, or the service provider you had with your previous number. They usually keep records of these things and might be able to provide you with them.

It's weird though. It's possible to get them back with some data recovery app. But it really depends.
