How do I retrieve the login password?

I haven't used my laptop for three months and the password doesn't want to work. How do I retrieve it?

Ask the person who set the password. No one here can help you with bypassing any password for any reason. No way to prove you own it. Contact the manufacturer and prove ownership. Passwords dont change themselves or decide not to work.
