How do I set the download location to the SD card instead of the device storage

When I go into setting, then into storage, there is the device storage, and below the SD card storage, when I click on SD storage it's not staying to the SD card storage

You can only make the card "Internal" storage, if the device is running 6.0 or newer, and hasn't been restricted by the manufacturer.
