how do I solve hibernation on my laptop

Solution
I you can log in successfully, press your Windows key and R together then in the Command form that shows up, at the prompt, type
powercfg hibernate off
and hit the Enter key.

A restart is useful though not mandatory but when you log back in you won't be troubled by it any more.
