How do i start my webcam & take pics?

Hello, my name is rachel and i have a toshiba satellite L755 and i cannot figure out how to take pictures with the webcam. can u tell me how to do that?

actually, i did have a problem...i downloaded xnview and can't find a cam option on there either...

thanks brett, but i downloaded it and it keeps saying unable to connect to webcam. what am i doing wrong?
