Solved! how do i stop the static noise when i watch youtube vids

well when i go on youtube and try watch a video it has no sound only a crackling static noise which is louder then the actual content. i tried and updated adobe but it still doesnt work plz help me

Usually, that noise is to tell you it's Copyright but you can see and hear it properly if you buy a copy.
