If you're trying to send content from the phone to the TV, you'll be "Casting" or "Mirroring" the content to the Roku.

If you're trying to stream Roku to your phone while you're away from home, Slingbox looks to have a solution. Just FYI, I've never used one, so couldn't tell you how well it works.
