Trying to turn off HD picture & go BACK to reg screen , on Vizio about 4 yrs. old . New Black box replaced by Xfinity today . Picture not as clear Charged for install !

You can try setting the video output on the box set up menu (maybe it is not set for HD?) or connect it via composite video rather than HDMI.
Call your cable provider and complain.
