How do I turn off the touchscreen feature on my RCA laptop/tablet?

So here's the thing I've had an RCA tablet / laptop since December and one of my friends dropped it and now the screen is cracked but the keyboard and everything still works my problem is that because the screen is cracked and keeps randomly clicking on things while I'm trying to watch something or pick a video out on YouTube so somebody can help me out and just tell me how to turn off the touch screen feature then that would be great I've been working on it for days and I can't figure it out

The only way to fix it permanently would be to replace the screen.
