how do I turn safe mode off on myZTE Citrine LTE

I've tried everything that's I can find on Google and my phone will not let me get out of safe mode I even factory reset my phone

If a factory reset did not help, then you would need to try flashing the stock ROM to the phone using a computer. If that does not work either, you likely have a hardware issue.
