Question Forgotten login pattern

Hello,

My mother in law has managed to forget the pattern login to her new phone, a samsung A90.

I'm looking for suggestions how to fix this.

I've tried switching phone off and restarting in safe mode (power and vol down button then power and vol up) but the phone doesn't even let me switch it off, just keeps asking for the pattern.

Any suggestions? Thanks
