so i have installed the new android l snapshot, and im just wondering how i should go about uninstalling it if i should want to down the road?

Next time please consider giving a little more details. I'm not sure what "android l snapshot" means, so I'll consider that as just "android l". If you have installed Android L then you probably own either the Nexus 5 or the Nexus 7. (Or both?) Whatever device it would be head over to this link: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images and grab the latest image available for your device and flash it onto your device. Instructions on how to flash have been provided on the same page.

The Android L Developer's Preview is just that, a "Preview" for developers to work with. If you flashed a "snapshot" I guess you are referring to that. You made a backup of your ROM prior to flashing the preview I hope? You can flash that back and use the Android L dump download to add Android L apps for now, or go to Developers.google.com and download the latest factory image for your device. I am going to wait until they release the next version as there are enough bugs and security issues to deal with as it is. Good Luck, either way...
