Solved! How do I unlock my qalaxy prime don't know previous owner email account

I bought a galaxy prime the said it works factory reset it and I can't put in my google account because I don't no his email account that was on the home

As above - take it back. If it had been reset to its factory state, it wouldn't expect you to know the previous owner's details.

If the seller refuses to reset it for you, ask for his proof of ownership so you know whether he stole it or owned it himself.

If he won't help, notify the local police. The real owner would probably like it back.
