How do I upgrade my laptop to an IPS 1080p screen ?

Solution
Yes, but only with the corresponding FHD (FullHD) cable. I assume your HD panel only uses the HD cable inside your laptop. Couldn´t verify if the FHD panel is IPS but it´s at least 1080p
you will need the correct one for your HP model.

Two FullHD displays shown here in the service manual:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06147959

part number
L23208-001: FHD, anti glare
L23209-001: FHD, BrightView

"Display panel stretchable adhesive tape is available using spare part number L29080-001."

The FullHD display cable would be part number L23064-001: FHD, for non-touch display

The replacement screens of this model (L23209-001,L23208-001) will be compatible with the laptop?
