how do i use a bought verison phone on my sprint network

bought a verison galaxy s4 from a friend and i want to use it on my sprint network, is this possible seeing that it has a sim card?

No, it wont work. Even if the verizon phone is off contract, the software and the programming in the phone is different than sprint phones.
