How do you change the sample rate in Digi 002

I'm using a Digi 002 to run Pro Tools on my Macbook Pro. How do I change the sample rate from 44.1 to 48?

Depending on what version of Pro Tools you have, usually you establish your sample rate when you start a new session. I have 7.4.2 and that is where you determine the sample rate, I just determine what rate I want and choose it.

If you want to change the sample rate, you can go to" File > Save Copy In", and you should be able to change the sample rate, and other settings that you would normally not be able to change

is it cos the digi 002 control panel/preferences is set to FIXED? Like, most audio in/out devices have a control applet which also comes with some sort of mixer etc, and usualy that control-panel has an option that it can have the sample rate FIXED or programe dependant, where the programe sets the rate. did u try that?
