How do you save a game straight to an memory card on an acer laptop?

I need help getting my acer laptop to download games straight to the memory card

Normal windows games you are prompted when you install a game where to save it.

If you are installing games from steam you will need to make your library the USB drive, this means ALL you games need to be on the USB drive, you can't have some games on the hard drive and some on the USB.
